Microfluidic Digital Medicine

The advancement of disease diagnosis and treatment is driven by the continuous development of innovative tools. Our group specializes in leveraging single-cell microfluidic technologies and smart soft systems to analyze cellular heterogeneity in human health and improve disease treatment strategies. Our research focuses on two key areas: 1. Intelligent microfluidic cell sorting for immune, cancer analysis and biofabrication. 2. Cell-mimetic engineering. With these advanced tools, effective diagnostic and therapeutic strategies can be developed for complex human diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, ultimately advancing precision medicine.
